My goal is for your site to hold the viewer’s attention in such a way they will immediately decide you provide the services or products they need, without searching for anyone else.
You can be assured your web site will be on both Windows and Apple computers, with all the major web browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Opera, etc.), for consistency. [NOTE - This is referred to as cross-browser/platform compatibility]. This ensures everyone can see what you expect them to see.
I will research and obtain a web site (domain) name for you if you don’t already have one, and arrange for domain hosting, the method for making your web site available to the masses on the World Wide Web (WWW). The cost of domain name registration (varies by registrar) and hosting varies with the technical requirements of the web site. Because I create simpler web sites, my prices are quite competitive. I also keep “bells & whistles” to a minimum (please read this PDF article). I design with a consistent view and navigation protocol. I want your prospective clients to have a comfortable ride while your web site convinces them you are the answer to their needs.
I also provide site administration. Administration provides periodic updates to your web site, i.e. change in information, contact information, personnel, pictures, products, prices, schedule and more. Keeping information “fresh” and up-to-date ensures the major search engines keep your search listings current, and also entices clients to view your site regularly to see what’s new (RSS feeds also available). Major updates may require re-creation.
